Donovan Laing

Brain Bank Coordinator

Donovan A. Laing received his baccalaureate in psychology from Stony Brook University. Following this, he facilitated health outreach initiatives at New York University Langone, focusing on underrepresented and displaced communities. Since joining Columbia University he has supported research endeavors in psychopharmacology, neuropsychology, and dermato-oncology before stepping into his current role as coordinator of the brain donation program. The last few years have tempered Donovan’s research interest in neuroscience with a desire to assist the translation of findings to clinical care. It is his hope that connecting families with the NMSBB will work towards that goal.
